Policies

A deposit is required to confirm all cosmetic tattooing appointments. Please contact us in the case of rescheduling 5 days prior to your appointment date. No show and late cancellations will incur a loss of deposit.

Lash and brow appointments will require entering card details to our secure online booking system, charges will only apply in the case of no show or cancellations within the 48 hour cancelation policy. Late cancellation and rescheduling fees will be 50% of the service cost.

Cosmetic Tattoo - Your confirmation email will include instructions at the bottom of the email, please ready through carefully and ensure topical anaesthetics are ordered within 24 hours of appointment booking.
